Boys And Girls Club Thanks CG Rotary

Matt Lemberg, Rotarian and Director of the CG Boys and Girls Club thanked the CG Rotary Club for its on going support at this past Tuesday's meeting. He described the services provided to over 350 students each day. He described the outreach to different areas where students hang out to involve the Boys and Girls club. Lemberg thanked  CG Rotary Foundation for it annual $10,000 per year award. He reminded us that CG Rotary donated $90,000 to the Boys and Girls Clubs to assist in operational and building expenses over the past nine years. Lemberg described the need for $40 per month scholarships to sponsor low income students. Club members and businesses are invited to sponsor a student.

President Tina encouraged members to think about this need.
